My Ballet Girls

Lovely image - the three different heights of the dancers create a tight, elegant flow for the eyes. Perhaps the only suggestion - vertically crop the left side just inside of the standing girls elbow, and crop the bottom just below the same girls feet. This eliminates the bulls-eye type centering of the girls and creates a more dynamic placement.

Yep, artquest1 had some nice suggestions. This is quite fine and is a well-suited pose for the subject matter (you can't quite pose construction workers this way). But in a bit of reversing myself and artquest1, your crop might be a little too tight. I kind of like some of the air around the girls.

If I were to pick nits I would say the girl on the right is not equally spaced compared to the girl on the left--but that's not a deal-breaker. You might also consider since that girl in back seems smaller than the left girl, you may want to switch them in future similar shots.
