This Mexican Bird of Paradise Bloom is greeting the morning sun, the sprinklers having just wet the blooms, makes this flower a bright spot in the Yuma desert. These flowers begin to bloom in May and continue through the summer into September, giving many homes in Yuma a spot of color.
