This was taken on 9/11 atop the hill across from the Hospital. The Cub Scouts put up flags last year and I thought they would have them again this year and they did. Each flag is attached with an individual message. Some were in honor of specific people they lost or knew, but others were general messages like this one. In case it's hard to read it, it simply says, "In honor of everyone's help!" It may not be the best picture, but it just made me stop for a second and remember.

Good idea for a detail photo. But yeah, it's hard to read and you might have wanted to frame it more carefully. But it's great to see you up on the blog. Yea!!

Also, I'm trying to figure out why your camera over exposed this image so much. You're pointed mostly at bright ground and a white card. The camera should have made this fairly dark. I'm guessing because the card was in such a shadow that the camera really over compensated.
